Comparative analysis of the value of vaginal B ultrasound and abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of vaginal B ultrasound and abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:80 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were diagnosed respectively by vaginal B ultrasound and abdominal B ultrasound.We compared the effect and the detection rate of two kinds of diagnostic methods.Results:The detection rate of 93.75% with vaginal B ultrasound was significantly higher than 81.25% of abdominal B ultrasound(P<0.05). The average time of (40.87±5.22) days for detection of the gestational sac or mass with vaginal B ultrasound was significantly shorter than (48.63 ± 6.07) days of the abdominal B ultrasound,P<0.05.Conclusion:The accuracy rate of diagnosis and the diagnosis speed of vaginal B ultrasound were higher than abdominal B ultrasound,so vaginal B ultrasound was more suitable for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.关键词
