脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的康复护理
Rehabilitation nursing of patients with dysphagia after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the experience of giving rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:The degrees of patients with dysphagia after stroke were classified by Watian drinking water test.The patients were given corresponding nursing measures according to the grading.Results:Effective feeding could avoide the occurrence of asphyxia,aspiration pneumonia and other complications,improve the nutritional status of patients,and satisfy the needs of metabolism.Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing intervention can help patients with swallowing and chewing function reconversion, improve the swallowing function of patients,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
