重型颅脑损伤患者并发高血糖61例的护理体会
Experience of nursing care of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and high blood glucose in 61 patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on treatment effect for patients with severe craniocerebral injury and high blood glucose,to further improve nursing level.Methods:61 patients with severe craniocerebral injury and high blood glucose were selected.On the basis of emergency nursing,we closely monitored and positively controlled the blood sugar, strengthened the infection prevention and nursing.Results:The blood glucose of 47 patients was controlled in a reasonable range.49 patients were discharged with improvement after treatment.Conclusion:To strengthen the monitoring for patients with severe craniocerebral injury and high blood glucose had great significance to the prognosis of the patients.关键词
