舒适护理在产妇分娩过程中的疗效分析
Curative effect analysis of comfort nursing in the process of puerpera childbirth
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of comfort nursing in the process of puerpera childbirth.Methods:100 puerpera with vaginal delivery were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given common nursing.The study group were given comfort nursing intervention.The first stage labour,the second stage labour time,nursing satisfaction and Pittsburgh sleep quality index before and after nursing of patients were compared between two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the first stage labour,the second stage labour time and the nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index between two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfort nursing pattern in the puerpera childbirth has significant effect.It can shorten the first stage labour,the second stage labour time of puerpera,improve the nursing satisfaction of puerpera,and improve the comfort degree of patients during hospitalization.关键词
