摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application and management of premature infant axillary vein indwelling needle in premature infant ward.Methods:300 cases of premature infants were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 170 cases and the control group with 130 cases.The observation group was given the axillary vein puncture indwelling catheter,while the control group was given the scalp vein or limb vein trocar,then we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Premature baby armpit vein indwelling operation can effectively prolong the indwelling time,reduce repeated puncture,reduce the infection rate,improve the quality of nursing work and increase the comfort level of patients.关键词
