摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the newborn hearing screening method and nursing intervention measures.Methods:6 890 newborns were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 3 445 cases in each.The two groups within 24 hours after birth were received hearing screening.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given personalized nursing on the basis of the control group.The newborn hearing screening situations of two groups were compared.Results:The no passing rate of screening,no passing rate of 40 days reexamination,no passing rate of 3 months reexamination of two groups had significant differences(P<0.05).No 1 case refused to review in the observation group,5 cases of parents in the control group refused to review,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Newborn hearing screening comprehensive nursing can improve the passing rate of newborn hearing screening,and increase the compliance of parents.It has a positive effect on the newborn hearing development.关键词
