分组质控对神经科质量管理的成效分析
Analysis of the effect of group control for quality management in department of neurology
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of group control for quality management in department of neurology.Methods:In accordance with the relevant conditions of the nursing staff in department of neurology,they were given group management.We monitored the ward nursing quality,and set up quality control management system by the medical staff with the center of head nurse.Results:After the group control,compared with before, the nursing work satisfaction of the patients and their families was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group control can improve nursing quality in the hospital at all.关键词
