摘要
Abstract
Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists(ARB)have been widely used in clinical.The advantages of this class of drugs have been confirmed by more and more clinical and experimental.This kind of medicine has obvious antihypertensive effect,and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy,myocardial infarction fibrinolytic system function,atherosclerotic plaque stability,improvement of heart failure after myocardial infarction.It can improve the diabetic patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,anti liver fibrosis. It also has good protective effect on the kidney,diabetic retinopathy,ischemic brain tissue.关键词
