Clinical research of early enteral nutrition combined with Bifid Triple Viable capsule in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition combined with Bifid Triple Viable capsule in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:114 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 57 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given oral Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule.The patients in the treatment group were treated with early enteral nutrition therapy,2 weeks of continuous treatment.We observed the clinical therapeutic efficiency of the two groups,detected the recovery of laboratory indexes before and after treatment and observed the incidence of adverse reaction.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group 89.5% was significantly higher than the control group 75.4%(P<0.05).The recovery time of white blood cells, urine amylase,blood amylase of the treatment group was significantly shorter compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group 9.6% was significantly lower than the control group 25% (P<0.05). Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition combined with Bifid Triple Viable capsule in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis has obvious synergistic effect,which can shorten the course of disease and reduce complications.关键词
