依那普利联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压疗效观察
Curative effect observation of enalapril combined with nifedipine in the treatment of essential hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of enalapril combined with nifedipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:100 patients with essential hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given enalapril drug treatment,and the treatment group added nifedipine based on the enalapril treatment.Results:The treatment group was markedly effective in 25 cases,effective in 20 cases,invalid in 5 cases.The control group was markedly effective in 15 cases,effective in 15 cases,invalid in 20 cases.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of enalapril combined with nifedipine in the treatment of primary hypertension is good.关键词
