支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎与单纯支气管哮喘之差异分析
Difference analysis of bronchial asthma combined with allergic rhinitis and pure bronchial asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the difference between pure bronchial asthma and bronchial asthma combined with allergic rhinitis.Methods:98 patients with bronchial asthma were selected.They were divided into the simple group and the combined group.The difference of the clinical treatments between the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical symptoms, and asthma control of the combined group were worse than those of the simple group.In addition to PaCO2,the other indicators were compared between the two groups with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with bronchial asthma combined with allergic rhinitis in remission need more species of anti-inflammatory drugs,and larger doses of static point hormone,its clinical treatment effect is not ideal,we suggest to adopt the joint prevention and treatment method.关键词
