Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of chronic atrophic cholecystitis.Methods:72 cases of patients with chronic atrophic cholecystitis were divided into the research group and the control group.The control group were given traditional open cholecystectomy,and the research group were given laparoscopic cholecystectomy,then the operation situation,satisfaction and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The operation time,postoperative exhaust time,length of hospital stay of the research group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The intraoperative blood loss of the research group were significantly less.The postoperative complication rate of the research group were lower than those of the control group,but the satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of chronic atrophic cholecystitis had obvious effect and high safety,with high clinical value.关键词
