Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with cholangioscopy in the treatment of patients with cholelithiasis.Methods:180 patients with cholelithiasis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,90 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy,while patients in the control group were treated with traditional open operation treatment.Clinical efficacy, correlation index and incision infection of the two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency rate of the observation group 96.67% was higher than the control group 81.11%;the operation time and other correlation index values were better than the control group;the incision infection rate of 2.22% was lower than that of the control group of 17.78% ;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of patients with cholelithias is significantly.It can improve the operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume and other indicators,and promote patients early recovery and discharge.关键词
