Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:47 children with bronchial pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(24 cases)and treatment group(23 cases).Patients in the control group took antiviral,antibiotic treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group of 91.30% was higher than the control group of 66.67%(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,cough disappeared time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with bronchial pneumonia treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,the effect is obvious.关键词
