Efficacy and safety analysis of Chinese medicine Wuji scattered in the treatment of elderly patients with rheuma-toid arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine Wuji scattered in the treatment of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:100 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Wuji scattered on the basis of the control group.Results:The total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group of 96% was significantly higher than 74% of the control group (P<0.05).The RA activity score of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The activity of RA score in the observation group after treatment improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Patients of the two groups during treatment showed no adverse reaction cases.Conclusion:Chinese medicine Wuji scattered in the treatment of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis can significantly improve the efficiency of the clinical treatment of patients,and improve the degree of improvement in RA activity score of the patients,without increasing the adverse reactions of patients.关键词
