摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the value of the lungs of 64 slice spiral CT and airway remodeling in asthmatic disease in children.Methods:106 patients with asthmatic disease were selected.53 patients with the lungs of 64 slice spiral CT and airway remodeling were selected as the experimental group.53 patients with normal chest radiograph were selected as the control group. The difference was compared.Results:The positive rate in the experimental group of 84.9% was significantly higher than that of the control group of 64.1%(χ2=6.136,P<0.05),especially in the foreign body in bronchus and bronchial stenosis,interstitial lung disease,bronchopulmonary dysplasia showed significant differences.Conclusion:It is important to have the lungs of 64 slice spiral CT and airway remodeling in asthmatic disease in children.It is better for the cause analysis,to prevent misdiagnosis, especially in the bronchi,bronchial stenosis,pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,bronchopulmonary dysplasia has obvious advantages.关键词
