Application of peripheral T cell subsets in malignant tumors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of peripheral T cell subsets in malignant tumors.Methods:120 patients with malignant tumor were selected as the observation group.120 health people were selected as the control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect T cell subsets in peripheral blood of two groups of patients,and the detection results were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group of patients with CD3+ was significantly lower than the normal level;the percentage of CD8+cells increased;CD4+ cells were inhibited;the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ decreased;compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:T lymphocyte subsets in patients with malignant tumors can be effective in clinical treatment and prognosis determination.关键词
