社区老年2型糖尿病尿微量白蛋白的危险因素

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze risk factors of community elderly type 2 diabetic microalbuminuria.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the observation group.80 health people were selected as the control group.Microalbuminuria test results of two groups were compared.Results:The microalbuminuria of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the positive rate of microalbuminuria in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes patients,enhancing the detection of urinary albumin may contribute to the early detection and treatment of patients with renal injury,to enhance the effectiveness of early diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes and renal impairment.关键词
