摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand rural patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment status,to provide a reference for improving the level of prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods:120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease risk factors or(and)symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary were selected and pulmonary function tests were performed.98 patients were diagnosed with COPD.Lung function grading and drug use were investigated and analyzed.Results:Lung function grading:grade Ⅰ 3 cases,Ⅱ grade 15 cases,Ⅲ grade 37 cases,grade Ⅳ 43 cases.66 cases of oral drugs mainly,inhalation drugs mainly in 52 cases.Conclusion:Rural patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis rate is low,serious illness,and treatment is not standardized,so we should vigorously strengthen the disease management.关键词
