Abstract
Objective:To understand the reproductive health check of married reproductive women in Tiantongyuan community to provide basis to improve the reproductive health levels of reproductive women.Methods:The heath of 4 498 cases of married reproductive women in Tiantongyuan community were understood through the method of questionnaire survey combined with the examination of gynaecology department.Result:2 744 cases of gynaecology disease were detected and the overall incidence was 61.0%,including breast disease 48.2%,reproductive tract infections 42.4%,genital tumors 8.9%.The patients aged 35 years or older,2 times of pregnant frequency or more and the lower score of reproductive health knowledge had higher prevalence rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The reproductive health check of married reproductive women in this community was not optimistic.It still need to promote the popularization of reproductive health knowledge to improve the reproductive health quality of reproductive women maximumly.关键词
