护理风险管理在门诊输液室中的应用效果
Application effect of nursing risk management in outpatient infusion room
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in outpatient infusion room.Methods:60 patients with outpatient infusion were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 15 cases in each.The control group was given routine infusion nursing management,and the observation group was given nursing risk management.The nursing satisfaction and anxious emotion improvement situation of two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the nursing complaint rate of the observation group was lower;the nursing satisfaction was higher;the anxious emotion improvement was better;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing risk management mode in outpatient infusion room can effectively improve the nursing work quality of infusion room,reduce the medical complaint rate,improve the satisfaction of patients,improve the anxiety of patients,and improve the compliance.关键词
