Curative effect comparison of nitroglycerin and isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of nitroglycerin and isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:110 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.They were respectively given nitroglycerin and isosorbide mononitrate treatment.The curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The obvious effect rate of the nitroglycerin group was 76.36%.The obvious effect rate of the isosorbide mononitrate group was 52.73%.Conclusion:The short-term clinical curative effect of the nitroglycerin group is significantly higher than that of the isosorbide mononitrate group.关键词
