摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the operative management method and effect of posterior marginal vertebral bone block in thoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods:38 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:38 patients all acquired the followed up.20 patients were given the anterior approach,the neurological functions all had 1~3 level improvement according to the Frankel classification;X-ray showed that the vertebral height reached the anatomical reduction;the vertebra posterior marginal vertebral bone block all returned to the vertebral internal;the spinal bone graft fusion rate reached 100%.20 patients were given the posterior approach,the fracture healing was good;the vertebral height recovered well;the spinal fusion was good;the neurological functions all had 1~3 level improvement.Conclusion:Using open reduction and vertebral canal decompression bone graft fusion and internal fixation operation in the treatment of posterior marginal vertebral bone block in thoracolumbar burst fracture can provide effective fixation,and reduce the complications.关键词
