Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bedside continuous hemofiltration in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS).Methods:100 patients with HFRS were selected.They were divided into the hemodialysis group(HD group) and the bedside continuous hemofiltration group(CVVHDF group) with 50 cases in each.After 15 days for treatment,BUN,CREA,K,Na, ALT,AST,WBC,PLT,neutrophil recovery situation of patients were compared.Results:The BUN,CREA decreased degrees of CVVHDF group were obvious than those of HD group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CVVHDF can better eliminate BUN,CREA.It is an effective method in the treatment of HFRS.关键词
