Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of using laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy treatment for patients with gallstone.Methods:80 patients with gallstone were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given small incision cholecystectomy.The observation group was given laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The treatment effects and postoperative indicators of two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss, recovery time of food intake,average hospitalization day of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(100%) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the early rehabilitation of patients.关键词
