腹腔镜左肝叶切除治疗肝胆管结石的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic left hepatectomy in the treatment of patients with hepatic calculus.Methods:228 patients with hepatic calculus were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given laparoscopic left hepatectomy,and the control group was given traditional left abdomen left hepatectomy.Results:The clinical treatment effective rate of the treatment group(94.7%) was significantly better than 75.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of laparoscopic left hepatectomy in the treatment of patients with hepatic calculus has better clinical effect.It is a kind of treatment method with higher safety,feasibility and effectiveness.关键词
