抗生素联合微波治疗盆腔炎的临床分析
Clinical analysis of antibiotics combined with microwave in the treatment of pelvic inflammation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with microwave in the treatment of pelvic inflammation. Methods:180 patients with pelvic inflammation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each.The control group were given intravenous injection of cefoxitin 2 g,2 times one day,and it was changed to oral azithromycin 0.5 g according to the patient's condition,1 time one day.The observation group were combined with microwave physical therapy on the basis of the control group.Results:After treatment for 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks,the symptom scores of two groups were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the TNF-a level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(100.0%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Antibiotics combined with microwave in the treatment of pelvic inflammation have significant curative effect.关键词
