儿童手术中七氟烷吸入麻醉和氯胺酮静脉麻醉的效果分析
Effect analysis of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and ketamine intravenous anesthesia in children operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and ketamine intravenous anesthesia in children operation.Methods:70 cases of operative children were randomly divided into the experimental group(with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia) and the control group(with ketamine intravenous anesthesia).The operation basic situations and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The eyelash reflex disappearing time,pain disappear time, postoperative waking time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate(8.6% ) of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(34.3%).Conclusion:The clinical effect of using sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children operation process is significant,the anesthesia work time is shorter,children can be awake as soon as possible,and the adverse reaction is less.It is more suitable for children operation treatment.关键词
