阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对比分析
Comparative analysis of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:120 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with aripiprazole and risperidone respectively.The curative effects and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the aripiprazole group and the risperidone group were respectively 83.3% and 81.7% .The incidence rate of adverse reaction(33.3%) in the aripiprazole group was significantly lower than 51.7% of the risperidone group(χ 2=4.126,P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effects of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia are considerable.The adverse reaction of aripiprazole is low than that of risperidone.The safety of aripiprazole is good.关键词
