麻杏石甘汤加减治疗小儿肺炎喘咳临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect and clinical application value of Ma Xing Shi Gan decoction adjusted in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthmatic cough.Methods:116 patients with pediatric pneumonia asthmatic cough were selected. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by using the random number table method.The control group was given cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam treatment.The observation group was given Ma Xing Shi Gan decoction adjusted treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment total effective rate(93.10%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 74.13% of the control group(P<0.05). The fever subsidence time,cough disappeared time,pulmonary rales absorption time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam combined with Ma Xing Shi Gan decoction in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthmatic cough is better than that of only anti-inflammatory treatment.It can effectively shorten the clinical signs disappeared time and hospitalization time of children.关键词
