Effect of nursing intervention on patients with femoral neck fracture operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with femoral neck fracture operation.Methods:50 patients with femoral neck fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing.The intervention group was given nursing intervention in the different stages of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative stage.Results:The excellent and good rate of cognition degree, nursing satisfaction,no complication rate of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative and post-discharge nursing direction of patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively improve the cognition degree of femoral neck fracture disease of patients,nursing satisfaction and clinical curative effect.关键词
