腹腔镜诊治腹部刀刺伤患者的围术期护理
Perioperative nursing of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of patients with abdominal stab wound
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of patients with abdominal stab wound.Methods:20 cases of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of patients with abdominal stab wound were selected.They were given psychological nursing,preoperative preparation and intraoperative,postoperative nursing.Results:All patients had successful operation.After 1~13 months of follow-up,there were no intestinal obstruction and incision hernia.Conclusion:Strengthening the psychological nursing,preoperative preparation,intraoperative and postoperative nursing are the nursing key of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of patients with abdominal stab wound,which can significantly improve the quality of medical treatment.关键词
