驻马店市2008-2012年孕产妇死亡情况分析
Analysis of the maternal death condition from 2008 to 2012 in Zhumadian City
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the maternal mortality rate and the related death cause in Zhumadian City,to explore the intervention measures of maternal death,to provide the basis for the decision-making department.Methods:The related data of maternal death were selected from 2008 to 2012.The death cause and related factors were analyzed.Results:The average maternal mortality rate was 12.18/10 miriade,and it had a certain fluctuation every year.But the maternal mortality rate had decreased significantly in recent two years.The first reason of maternal death was amniotic fluid embolism,with 20 cases(30.30%),followed by obstetric hemorrhage,with 19 cases(27.79%).Conclusion:Increasing the pregnant health knowledge education,making good on the perinatal health care,strengthening the maternal system management and the high risk maternal management,strengthening the construction of the obstetric quality,are the keys to ensure maternal smoothly through the pregnancy and reduce the maternal death.关键词
