DYNAMICS OF SERUM ANTIBODIES TO VACCINE JXA1-R STRAIN AGAINST HIGHLY PATHOGENIC PORCINE REPRODUCTIVE AND RESPIRATORY SYNDROME IN PIGLETS

Abstract
In order to establish an effective immunization procedure for the pig industry of Lianyungang city, the dynamics of serum antibodies were detected after piglets with different maternal antibody levels were vaccinated with the vaccine JXA1-R strain against highly Pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus. Similar and uniformity antibody responses were observed in 15 or 30 days old piglets with low maternal antibody level and better immune response in 30 days old piglets with high maternal antibody level.关键词
