RESEARCH PROGRESS ON THE PATHOGENIC MECHANISM OF GIARDIA LAMBLIA
摘要
Abstract
Giardialambliais an important zoonotic parasite, and a leading cause of diarrhoeal disease in human beings and many kinds of mammals. In recent years, there have been an enormous amount of researches on the pathogenic mechanism of G.lamblia, including the cytoskeletal protein (giardin) and excretory secretory product, surface antigenic variation, and the effects of G.lamblia on small intestine of host including the enterocyte apoptosis, structural damage and dysfunction. This review summarizes the above aspects.关键词
