2011~2014年上海市屠宰场上市肉猪主要病毒感染情况调查
INVESTIGATION OF MAJOR VIRUS DISEASES IN COMMERCIALLY SLAUGHTERED PIGS FROM SHANGHAI IN 2011 – 2014
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the prevalence of major swine virus diseases in Shanghai, 759 serum samples and 720 visceral tissue samples were collected from slaughtered pigs in Shanghai from 2011 to 2014 and tested using ELISA and real-time PCR. Serological positive rates were 96.6% for Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), 72.3% for Foot and mouth disease virus(FMDV) and 66.4% for Classical swine fever virus(CSFV). The positive rates of tissue samples were 37.9% for Porcine circovirus(PCV-2) and 8.3% for Porcine parvovirus(PPV). No tissue samples were found positive for FMDV, CSFV, HPRRSV and PRV. The overall results indicated improvement in animal health but attention was still needed for PCV-2 and PPV.关键词
