摘要
Abstract
Selective surgery is the only way to cure adult inguinal hernia, but safe operation and postoperative satisfaction should be ensured. Tissue repair technique still has its scope and operation standard and key points should be mastered. The surgeon should use the most familiar method to operate,and understand the complication and treatment. It should choose the most concise method,most fitting hernia mesh,most safe outcome technique and pass the knowledge to those general surgeons working in first line clinic with the most practices.关键词
