Diagnosis and treatment for the rare pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms
摘要
Abstract
The rare pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms are composed of several types such as vasoactive intestinal peptide endocrine tumor,glucagonoma and somatostatinoma. The clinical diagnosis depends on the characteristic clinical symptom complexes, the experimental exam of special endocrine hormones,somatostatin receptor scintigraphy and imaging examinations. Surgical management,which is the main treatment for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors,when combined with somatostatin treatment,chemotherapy and molecular targeted therapy,might not only cure the early stage patients,but also control the patient condition,alleviate the symptoms and improve the quality of life.关键词
