Abstract
The incidence of gastric cancer in China is the highest in the world. To improve the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic outcome, the most effective way is to standardization. Accurate staging, standard procedure and standard extent of dissection, and physiological reconstruction are the most notable issues. On that basis, specialization and multidisciplinary team may provide standard and individualized treatment regimen for patients, and carry out clinical trials. The only way to improve status in China is to perform original clinical trial of high quality.关键词
