Preoperative clinical staging in the standardized treatment for gastric cancer

摘要
Abstract
Gastric cancer should be treated individually and standardly according to tumor stage. Preoperative clinical staging is a key element in standardized gastric cancer treatment strategy. Accurate and precise staging can improve the outcome of radical gastrectomy, specify the neoadjuvant chemotherapy and promote the minimal invasive surgery in treatment for gastric cancer. In clinical practice, the gastric cancer should be staged by careful history collection, physical examination and judiciously chosing imaging technology and diagnostic laparoscopy.关键词
