摘要
Abstract
Surgical anatomical structure of the caudate lobe has been recognized increasingly. But so far, the anatomy of the caudate lobe is not totally comprehensive,especially in detail,which led to the current approaches and strategies of the resection of the caudate lobe not perfect. The morphology, adjacent structures, ligaments, blood vessels and bile ducts of caudate lobe have a close relationship with the isolated caudate lobectomy. Being familiar with the anatomical structures could improve surgical safety and reduce surgical time.关键词
