Abstract
Hepatolithiasis morbidity had decreased , but it existed regional differences, while cases of early hepatolithasis became more. Complete resection of lesions is the most effective way in the treatment of hepatolithiasis. The current hepatolithiasis treatment of liver resection has been the trend in hepatic segment or subsegment. "Hepatic portal superior approach" hepatectomy is particularly applicable in right hepatolithiasis and associated with portal vein cavernous. End-stage hepatolithiasis patients, the most effective treatment is homogeneity variant orthotopic liver transplantation.关键词
