摘要
Abstract
Some inherent flaws existed in traditional breast cancer surgery stimulate surgeons to explore the minimally invasive surgery. Mastoscopy founds a new world of minimally invasive surgery of breast cancer. Mastoscopy-assisted breast-conserving surgery improves the function and the cosmetic effect. The prosthesis implantation after hypodermic gland excision by mastoscopy has showed the obvious superiority. Modified radical mastectomy by mastoscopy-assisted small incision can avoid the extrusion to tumor and gets rid of the big, ugly scar in thoracic wall. MALND manifests minimally invasion and good look greatly. Mastoscopy operation also solves and improves the partial difficult problems. In addition, the technique of mastoscopy-assisted immediate breast reconstruction after breast excision has gradually matured.关键词
