摘要

Abstract

Microbial production of cellulase was studied using sugar beet pulp as a substrate by Trichoderma ree-sei.The results suggested that the optimum fermentation medium contained 0.3 g/L urea as nitrogen source , dry beet pulp 10 g/L, Fermentation medium pH5.0, inoculum concentration 4%for 6d.A maximum cellulase ac-tivity of 7.98 U/ml of filter paper activity was obtained .
