摘要

Abstract

In the research , Diploid sugarbeet pollinator seed of SN 9807 were treated with different concentration (0%、2.3%、2.5%、2.7%)of EMS to probe the optimal mutagen dosage , and the effects of EMS on yield traits and disease resistances .The results show that:2.3%of the EMS processing set beet -blackleg, root rot disease and the rhizomania slightly improved , Improve the root yield , sugar content and sugar yield were 50 .3%, 1 .51 and 75.7%respectively.Conclusion:2.3%of the EMS processing sugar beet seed works best .
