全参数生物反馈指标在主观性耳鸣患者中的应用
The Application of Biofeedback in Subjective Tinnitus Patients

Abstract
Objective To study the effectiveness of whole parameter biofeedback in the treatment of patients with subjective tinnitus.Methods 20 patients with subjective tinnitus patients were treated with biofeedback therapy 10 times. The THI scores and biofeedback indexes were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results The total THI scores of the tinnitus patients were 44.9 ± 22.3 and 28.0 ± 14.8 before and after the treatment, showing a significant difference. There were significant differences in electromyography (EMG) (6.7 ± 1.6 vs 5.1 ± 1.2;P<0.05),αwave (13.3 ± 6.4 vs 16.4 ± 6.2;P<0.01) and SMR wave (5.4 ± 1.6 vs 6.2 ± 2.2;P<0.05) before and after the treatment.Conclusion Biofeedback therapy can significantly reduce the THI scores, improve the symptoms of tinnitus patients, reduce the EMG and increase theα wave and SMR wave, so it is effective in treating patients with subjective tinnitus.关键词
