Abstract
Flipped classroom is the focus of educational reform these years.This article introduces the concept,development and characteristics of flipped classroom. Flipped classroom changes the role of teachers and students in classroom. Besides, the teaching resources and teaching environment have changed too. This article summarizes the design and manufacturing methods of teaching videos in flipped classroom and introduces successful examples of flipped classroom. Finally, the author suggests flipped classroom be a part of training methods in hearing and speech rehabilitation work to improve the teaching effect.关键词
