腭裂修补术后言语障碍矫治的个案研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects and the importance of speech therapy for cleft palate children after Palatoplasty.Methods The subject is a child with cleft palate after palatoplasty who had been diagnosed as speech disorder. The main treatment is speech therapy, with MPT,Nasal oral resonance ratio of /i/ and /u/,Articulation veracity as the assessment and monitoring parameter of the speech respiratory,resonance and articulation function. A-B Single-Subject Design was used.Results After systematical speech therapy for seven months,MPT and articulation veracity have been significantly increased (P<0.01),.Nasal oral resonance ratio of /i/ and /u/ have been significantly decreased (P<0.01), so her speech has returned to normal.Conclusion Systematical and targeted speech therapy is an effective treatment for cleft palate children after palatoplasty.关键词
