Abstract
Objective:To understand the policy suggestions by the intention of the elderly care services managers,organizers and providers about the development of the elderly nursing system in Shanghai. Methods:Literature review and focused group discussion were conducted to figure out strategies to solve key problems of this system,meanwhile,intention survey on the service supplier was made to understand their agreement degree on these strategies and their priorities. Results:The elderly care providers considered that“more attention,support and guide from government”,“increasing government financial investment”,“making certain related department responsibility”,“developing the elderly care human resources”,and“making sure of function orientation”were top five strategies to be implemented for the elderly care institutions development. Conclusion:Strategies for the development of the elderly care system from suppliers had high consistency. It is suggested that relevant departments should pay great attention to them and implement them soon.关键词
