摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the deep relationship between doctors and patients,to provide the theory basis for the construction of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and to improve the quality of medical services. Methods:A random sample of 1 000 patients in the hospital from January of 2010 to January of 2013 was surveyed on patient satisfaction by questionnaire. Results:In the medical practice,doctors were the subject of medical behavior and were equipped with professional knowledge. They had strong professional knowledge relative to the patients and were also fundamental for the solution to the conflict. In addition,the common phenomenon that patients gave doctors under-the-table payment primarily came from doctor-patient trust crisis. Conclusion:Appropriate coping strategies on the relationship between doctors and patients could effectively prevent the occurrence of medical disputes, reduce the doctor-patient contradiction,enhance harmony between doctors and patients and are conducive to the development of the hospital.
